Point reduction with provisional license in NJ *Experience in law required*? - nj provisional license laws
I have 3 tickets for improper passing, reckless driving, and no signal. This is my 1st Offense and will be a total of 8 points.
There are points to be reduced at all by not paying for tickets in traffic court?
I talked to a lawyer who said he could not get up to 2 points. Should I a lawyer?

You really do not need a lawyer to get two points. Precisely for this reason the court. So advise necessarily the trial date, or not.
Note that the attorney can not in fact guarantee that outcome, so if you pay, and this happens not only lost a lot of money.
