I have swollen ankles, sometimes in the night, and when you click it, forms the skin impression, which I pressed.

I understand that this is due to the fluid from my body like water, drainage, and can be controlled with less salt, and Blook pressure down, I did, though I nearly lost 60 lbs.

I give them time, but not so serious. Is there a problem with my system, such as the kidneys?
